3: Mercury Glass

I love mercury glass. It’s shiny, but not in-your-face shiny. Perfect for Christmas. Real mercury glass has double-walled glass with liquid silvering in between, but there are decent reproductions everywhere.

Martha Stewart

Martha Stewart has a really easy DIY for making plain glass look similar to mercury glass using mirror paint. I have to try this!
