One of my favorite Etsy sellers, Liana, solved my fabric mystery. The fabric was manufactured by Chris Stone, a contract and custom finishing mill in L.A. Unfortunately, the company seems to have gone under... which is going to make finding this fabric basically impossible.
Back to the drawing board!

Good luck. I think if you keep hunting something will turn up. If ONE vendor sold it, there's another out there.
